Divorce, Separation, Breakup & Loss Support
Loss is a natural part of every human life. Divorce, separation, the end of a relationship, or the death of someone important can bring profound change, uncertainty and pain. But experiencing loss does not mean that there is something psychologically wrong with you. When we go through a major loss, we often don’t have a “problem” that needs to be fixed. More often, we have a goal: to get through a difficult period, regain a sense of stability and direction, and eventually turn a crisis into the beginning of a new and meaningful chapter. This is where coaching can be valuable. Rather than treating you as someone who needs to be fixed, I work with you as an equal partner. Together, we focus on where you are now, where you want to be, and what can help you move towards that goal. As a certified coach, behavioural profiler and crisis consultant, I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can make sense of what is happening, explore your options and focus on what is within your control. Depending on your situation, we may work on making difficult decisions, managing uncertainty, setting boundaries, communicating with a partner or ex-partner, adapting to a changed reality, rebuilding your confidence and sense of self, or simply finding the strength to take the next step. The focus is not on diagnosing or fixing you. It is on your goal, your resources and your next chapter. This is personalised coaching and emotional support. It is not psychotherapy, grief therapy or legal advice.

What happens before the session?
Before the session, I’ll ask you to briefly share what you are going through and what you would like to get from our conversation. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you need. A few words about your current situation, what feels most difficult right now, and what you would like to change or achieve will be enough. This gives me a starting point for our conversation and allows us to use the session in a way that is relevant to you and your situation.
