Hi, I’m Nicole. For 25+ years I lived in the world most of my clients live in now: high-pressure roles, travel, responsibility, and the quiet feeling that health becomes “the thing you get to later”. I did it while raising two boys and building a life as an expat in Spain. In midlife, that approach catches up with you. Not dramatically, but quietly: energy feels less stable, sleep becomes lighter, weight creeps in around the middle, and what used to “work” suddenly doesn’t. At some point I realised something simple: most people don’t need more discipline. They need a baseline that works on real weeks, not perfect ones. Today I’m a Health & Lifestyle Coach, Harvard Medical School trained in Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching, with a special focus on metabolic health (how your body creates energy, regulates appetite, and responds to stress). I’m based in Mallorca, and my approach is inspired by the Mediterranean way: simple food, daily movement, rest, connection, and rhythms you can actually sustain. My work is calm, science-backed, and easy to implement. I help you build a clear plan around your real life so your habits hold up, and healthy living becomes lighter and more joyful.
