I’m a creative business and ADHD coach who helps people expand what they believe is possible for their life, and actually move toward it. I work with self-aware, big-hearted humans who sense there’s more available to them, but feel stuck in the gap between trusting that...and knowing what to do next. My work is about getting you out of that loop. We untangle the overthinking, reconnect you with what feels authentically you, and build momentum in a way that works with your brain—not against it. No rigid formulas. No '5am club'. No forcing yourself into someone else’s version of success. Whether you’re pivoting, creating something of your own, or redefining your path entirely, I help you go from circling possibilities to flourishing inside one. I specialize in creative and ADHD brains, which means we use your wiring as an advantage, not something to fix. I’m also a non-linear creative (you might spot me on TV), and the co-host of the podcast "This Juicy Life," where we explore intuition, authenticity, and personal growth that doesn't feel like a chore! This work isn’t about finding the perfect plan. It’s about trusting yourself enough to take the first real step, and then the next one after that.
