Hi, I'm Reidin Rees.

For more than 20 years, I built my career in Marketing leadership, helping brands shape how they are perceived, build trust and communicate their value. Throughout that time, I saw first hand how perception matters, because it directly influences how people receive our ideas and place trust in our leadership. As my own career advanced, I became more invested in the role personal image plays in professional development. I also noticed that many accomplished women around me invested in developing their skills and credentials, yet their outward appearance often failed to reflect the authority and capability they had worked hard to build. Today, as a Style Coach™, I show professional women how to align their image with their ambitions. My approach is rooted in the belief that personal style is a powerful tool for professional development. It goes beyond clothing, exploring personal identity, values and the qualities you want to be known for, then translating that into a visual language. I do this work because I've seen the difference it makes. When your appearance reflects who you are and where you're headed, you stop second-guessing how you're showing up and you start focusing your energy on your work, your leadership and the impact you're here to make. Style is strategy, but first it's self-discovery! When I'm not helping clients build closets that support their goals, you'll find me navigating life as an ex-pat in Toronto, raising 3 elementary-school-aged children, and keeping up with our recent fur-baby addition. I'm a life-long U2 fan (been to all their tours!), a reluctant (but determined) beginner skier - thanks to marrying a ski-loving Canadian. In fact, it was my own journey of self-discovery that led me to meeting my husband - a good reminder that when we're clear on who we are, good things tend to follow. As for my own style? It reflects much of what I help clients discover for themselves - a balance between confidence and feeling fully expressed. I'd describe it as tailored, edgy and slightly off-duty with a go-to formula of blazer, jeans and a hint of leopard print. I'm drawn to brands like Cos, Veronica Beard and Anine Bing because they embody the modern, intentional approach to style that I value both personally and professionally.
