I specialize in coaching professionals in technical and professional services fields, including environmental consulting, engineering, infrastructure, sustainability, and energy. I help highly capable technical professionals navigate the transition from being known primarily for their expertise to becoming effective leaders, people managers, client advisors, and business developers. That often means learning how to manage different personalities, navigate organizational politics, communicate with greater influence, develop confidence in sales and business development, and build stronger client relationships. I also work with the personal patterns that can make those transitions harder, including people pleasing, overcommitting, difficulty setting boundaries, conflict avoidance, and the pressure to prove yourself by taking on too much. My goal is to help clients grow professionally without losing themselves in the process, so they can lead more effectively, build meaningful careers, and create a healthier balance between work and life.
