I create the space you rarely give yourself. You won't get a list of things you "should" do. You'll get honest conversations, powerful questions and the space to work out what's right for you. Women spend so much of their time building careers, supporting loved ones, growing families and leading teams that somewhere along the way, the relationship with themselves quietly gets left behind. I help close that gap. Maria came to me after being made redundant. She was left carrying real anger about it on top of an already difficult job search. We worked through that first, then turned a bad situation into an opening she hadn't let herself take before. She'd been sitting on her own dream business for four years without ever starting it. Working together, she finally built a plan and put it into motion, alongside setting herself up on Airbnb and growing a dog-boarding business to keep her safe.
