Calm Under Pressure: Reduce Stress & Build Your 7-Day Reset

Pressure doesn’t always show up as stress. Sometimes it looks like: -Overthinking decisions -Constantly feeling behind -Taking work home mentally -Saying yes when you want to say no -Feeling responsible for everything and struggling to switch off. And often, the biggest source of strain isn’t only what’s happening around us. It’s the invisible expectations, habits, and stories we carry internally. In this 90-minute coaching session, we’ll uncover what’s really creating stress and explore which demands can be released and which situations need a different way of responding. Using guided reflection, visualisation, and practical tools inspired by my Living in Love methodology, we’ll identify hidden patterns, understand what may be sitting beneath them, and create personalised “Love Actions” that feel realistic in everyday life. This session isn’t about becoming calm all the time. It’s about recognising what no longer belongs on your shoulders and building healthier ways to respond to the demands that remain. You’ll leave with greater awareness of the patterns keeping you stressed, 3 personalised Love Actions, and a practical 7-day reset plan designed to help you switch off more easily at the end of the day, spend less time replaying decisions and conversations, recover more quickly after stressful moments, and feel more present in your work, relationships, and life outside your to-do list.

No need to change anything yet. Just notice. For the session itself, please make sure you’re somewhere comfortable and private where you can focus, have something to drink nearby, and have a way to capture reflections if helpful.
