What happens before the session?

Once your session is booked and payment is confirmed, we’ll find a day and time that works for you. Before we meet, you’ll receive a simple ICF-aligned coaching agreement. It’s there to make sure you know what to expect, that our work together is confidential and that we have a clear, professional framework for our session. You’ll also complete a short form about what’s bringing you to the crossroads, what you’ve been thinking about and what you’d like to leave clearer about. That way, you don’t have to spend the first 20 minutes telling me your entire backstory. We can get straight to what matters now — and what comes next.
