Career Clarity & Strategy Session where we can: discuss your unique situation, ask clarifying questions, define your most pressing career needs, and start to discover "what you want to be when you grow up." So you can see how all of your experience leading up to now counts towards what you want to do next. You don't have to start over or get more training​/​certification​/​education. Through our time together, you will begin to see how your lived experience, work leadership, hobbies and interests are all connected to your career path.

What happens before the session?

I will send you a few questions to answer before we meet for the session. It is important to be as honest as possible yet don't over-think your responses. This helps us both get a better understanding of where you're at right now in your career and help see the holistic picture of who you are, where you've been, and where you want to go next.
