The Interpersonal Advantage: DISC Assessment + Debrief

You love working with your colleagues and customers at least most of the time. Some professional relationships, however, leave you feeling drained, frustrated or misunderstood. Sometimes these work styles are complementary, and sometimes they clash. DISC, one of the most popular research-backed behavioral assessments, provides an easy-to-use framework for understanding your own work style and those of others. Through DISC, you’ll learn more about your own preferences and strategies for adapting your behavior to those with contrasting styles. By choosing to take the DISC assessment, you’ll receive: - A personalized report revealing your strengths, work style, motivations and most effective work environments. - Tips and tools for identifying and working with various work styles, including how to communicate and motivate those within each style category. - A 60-minute 1:1 debrief in which we turn the report into an actionable plan with at least two concrete steps to move you closer to your goals.

What happens before the session?

Please book at least three days in advance. You will get a link to the assessment within 24 hours of booking, and the assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete. We will both receive the results once you have finished the assessment. Please be sure to review your results before our session.
